Saison Tradition
Water not being drinkable more often than not, farmers from South-Western Belgium used to make a beer to quench the thirst of their workers. Brewed mainly for the harvest season, it was known over the years as a ”Saison” type ale. This beer had often a slight acidity to it, which made it highly thirst quenching. Exactly what one was looking for after working hard in the fields. Our Saison Tradition is brewed according to the ancestral recipes of Wallony. It offers dry and slightly acidic fruity flavours topped by a touch of black peppercorn. Amongst tasty beers, it is one of the most thirst quenching you will ever find.
