Chamomile, Lemon & Yerba Mate

Yerba mate is a nearly mythical herb from South America that, for centuries, has been consumed there in place of tea as an infusion for its energizing effects. Our white beer base, which we use to develop our Infusée, benefits from a rather original infusion. Mate’s mellow slightly herbaceous and almost woody flavours, along with a touch of green tea are balanced by the floral softness of chamomile and a hint of lemony flavours.
