Following up our SMASH Brett Simcoe, here’s SMA2H Brett Simcoe + Citra… literally: Single Malt And 2 Hops. Brewed only with “Chateau” pale malt and Simcoe hops, it has been fermented with a brett yeast (Claussenii) along with a dry hopping of Citra hops before bottling. This step accentuates the citrus and tropical fruit flavours already setup by the yeast and Simcoe hops. In the second wave, you’ll perceive slightly earthy, resinous flavours and a medium bitter finish. A nicely drinkable complexity!
