For 500 years, Germany has firmly regulated the use of raw materials in beer brewing. Inspired by these rules without being limiting by them, we created a beer worthy of the 15th anniversary of Chambly’s Bières et Saveurs Festival: Imperial Dunkelweizen! This tasty beer features flavours of German Munich malt and wheat, notes of banana, clove and, when fresh, Hallertauer hops. Its sweet and malty finish will whet your appetite for tasting this beer at the festival’s 2016 edition, when, after having aged for six months, it will be at its best. This strong beer will age well during the two years after bottling.
