Tripel moût de poire

This Belgian-inspired Tripel beer is fermented with pear purée. The result is a copper-coloured brew whose notes of pear jam and mango are complemented by the spicy, almost vanilla-like flavours of the yeast. Its silky, almost full-bodied mouthfeel easily accommodates the enchanting alcohol notes. It lingers on the palate with a highly distinctive finish.
