Tripel hops de Brasseurs du Monde
Tripel hops de Brasseurs du Monde

Here is, in a caned version, a beer we launched in 2016 for our 5th anniversary: the Tripel Hops. Inspired by European and American recipes, this pale golden, almost emerald highlighted and well hopped triple beer presents a fruity nose of banana and tropical fruit. In the mouth, it delivers a light warmth that supports a mellow mouthfeel and a hoppy character, offering a feeling of freshness.

La Brut

To mark our 8th anniversary, our head brewer Dominic Charbonneau created a brew of strong blonde beer fermented with champagne yeast. Treatment with enzymes to reduce residual sugars gives this beer its brut character. While not a Brut IPA, this dry beer with a hint of honey flavours is overlaid with a bold, somewhat resinous and slightly fruity bitterness thanks to generous hopping.

Brasseurs du Monde is proud to partner with Festibière Lévis, for which we created this mild, refreshing Gose. Brewed with blueberries from Québec, this sour, slightly cloudy beer enlivened with a touch of salt will bring some sunshine to your taste buds all summer long!

For each beer sold, 25¢ will be donated to Comptoir le Grenier in Lévis to support people in the area facing food insecurity.
