The “25 º”, fruit of the long labours of our Head Brewer, needed a careful blend of malts and multiple fermentations. Aged in whiskey barrels and cryoconcentrated, alcohol aromas are present on the nose, followed by a touch of iodine, which conﬁrms peaty malts. Syrupy and bubble-free, the soft, smoky ﬂavours unite with tastes of prunes, toffee, dark chocolate and the warmth of alcohol.
This product should age well. Once opened, the “25 º” will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
